Mapped a seven-layer research-to-release architecture and separate draft, submitted, reviewed, accepted, superseded, and rejected states.

Audited profile v1.0. The largest defects are failure to validate execution-local records or packet completeness, incomplete reference and duplicate checks, incomplete registry coverage, no staleness check, and minimal negative testing. Preserved v1.0 and routed changes to v1.1.

Selected a four-arm matched comparison because it can:

  • distinguish generic structure from FE;
  • compare FE against a strong adjacent composite;
  • ablate the most candidate-specific elements;
  • measure downstream outcomes and lifecycle cost;
  • trigger a clear continue, simplify, rename, or kill decision.

Further unstructured literature reading was stopped because it would not resolve incremental utility. Remaining source gaps are documented for a future systematic review if governance requires one.

Mission-level outputs are complete. Scientific efficacy remains untested. The next step is to repair and complete or explicitly supersede EX-FE-0002, then review, power, construct, and preregister the matched outcome experiment—not make additional discipline claims.
