Reviewer instructions

For each A-card, construct the strongest possible subsumption account using one or more B-cards. Then record mapping (exact, functionally-equivalent, partial, none, indeterminate), lost fields, materiality to the predicted outcome, whether the prediction is measurable and unique, whether implementation is reproducible, confidence 0–1, and rationale. Complexity, polish, application domain, or colocation do not establish difference. Work independently; do not inspect identity material or another response.
