Failure Conditions

• Synthesis repeatedly requires new primitives.
• Reviewers identify major reasoning gaps.
• Frameworks become artifact-specific.
• Primitive composition becomes inconsistent.

Constraint

Use the frozen FE-012A primitive vocabulary.

Do not introduce new primitives during synthesis.

If synthesis appears impossible, document the missing primitive instead of inventing one.
