Unblinding Record

Status: not yet eligible for unblinding.

Before opening the sealed key, record the evaluator artifact IDs, scorer identities or provider families, completed score-sheet hashes, adversarial-review hash, and timestamp. Then reveal the mapping, state who performed the unblinding, and describe any protocol deviation. Do not alter blinded scores after unblinding.
