Canonicalization profile

Execution artifacts are evidence inputs, not canonical FE theory. Promote an artifact only through ROS review and an explicit FE canonical proposal with provenance, contradictions, limitations, and supersession intent. Never mutate accepted history to adopt a new profile version; add a version declaration, adapter, or superseding record.

Stage A remains incomplete, Stage B remains blocked-before-stage-b, classification remains inconclusive, and Stage B authorization remains false.
