Purpose: Record explicit testable predictions generated by the current theory.

Prediction 1

Prediction: Coordination-heavy artifacts will require additional execution primitives more often than diagnostic artifacts.

Evidence: FE-012B

Experiment: Independent extraction and synthesis focused on coordination-heavy artifacts.

Status: Untested.

Prediction 2

Prediction: Independent extractors will converge more strongly on reasoning-heavy artifacts than on coordination-heavy artifacts.

Evidence: FE-012A and FE-012B

Experiment: Blind multi-extractor comparison with disagreement audit.

Status: Untested.

Prediction 3

Prediction: Framework redesigns that separate observation, interpretation, uncertainty, and verification will usually improve traceability, but not always net usefulness.

Evidence: FE-011A

Experiment: Controlled redesign comparison against generic structured baselines.

Status: Untested.

Prediction 4

Prediction: Compare and Prioritize will remain structurally useful in selection and constrained-allocation problems rather than collapsing fully into Evaluate.

Evidence: FE-012A and FE-012B

Experiment: Independent synthesis and reconstruction runs that force or forbid those terms.

Status: Untested.

Prediction: Framework Engineering will show stronger early performance as a characterization and redesign methodology than as a distinct framework-generation discipline.
